Terms & Conditions

This website (the “Website”) is owned and operated by AOB and is hosted and managed in the Republic of South Africa. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

  • Use of the Website is at your own risk. We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding the Website, including that functions will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that the Website or servers are free of viruses or harmful components.
  • To the extent permitted by law, AOB will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your access to or use of the Website or any purchase of products or services.
  • You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify AOB against any loss, damage, or liability arising from any act or omission by you or a third party acting on your behalf in connection with your use of the Website and/or any purchase.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No indulgence or failure by AOB to enforce any right shall constitute a waiver of such right.

All information on the Website is provided “as is” and for general information purposes only. Product images are for illustration unless stated otherwise. Availability may vary by location.

Products & Promotions

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of promotional products to six (6) per customer unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR), include VAT, and are valid at the time of publication but may change without notice.
  • We take reasonable care to reflect product descriptions, availability, prices, and delivery charges accurately. Where an incorrect price was charged, we will refund amounts already paid for that item.
  • Prices may differ when claiming from a medical aid. Not all products are available in all locations. Please contact your nearest AOB outlet to confirm availability and price.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. The decision to refund is at the discretion of the relevant manager or pharmacist after inspection of the returned item. Refunds may be processed via cash, electronic means, or card crediting, as appropriate.

All material on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and audio‑visual content, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by AOB or its licensors. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

10) Do‑Not‑Track

Some browsers provide a Do‑Not‑Track (DNT) signal. Currently we do not respond to DNT signals. If standards for DNT are adopted in future, we will update this notice.
